The Town of High Level is growing quickly and needs to plan for the future. To do this, we're launching a Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Needs Assessment. This project will help us uncover new opportunities and ensure our town remains a vibrant and welcoming place to live and work.

We'll start with a deep dive into the demographic, economic, and market data to paint a clear picture of where we stand today. Next, we'll actively engage with you, our community, to gather valuable insights and ideas. Finally, we'll create a detailed assessment and a 5-year action plan to address any gaps identified within the Needs Assessment and pave the way for future growth.

Project Update - May 18, 2025

Engagement for the project has been wrapped up and the resulting What We Heard report has been uploaded to the document library (located to the right for those on a desktop, and located at the bottom of the page for mobile viewers).

The technical analysis for the project is expected to be completed through May and early June, with the final Needs Assessment available to the public by the end of June.
